To streamline operations and minimize overseas marketing and transportation costs, ezCaretech has established and operates a joint venture in the Middle East, a key business region. Additionally, it has set up local subsidiaries in the United States and Japan to effectively address various agendas in these regions.

After successfully completing the implementation project with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs(MNGHA), which is its first overseas export contract, ezCaretech established a joint venture to continuously expand its business in the Middle East. The joint venture is also the output of MNGHA's desire to proceed healthcare business in the Middle East together with ezCaretech.
The joint venture discussed business with sites in several countries in the Middle East and it’s been producing tangible outcomes, such as successfully signing an export contract of 5 million dollars with Jubail Hospital located in Saudi Arabia. We will increase our market share in the Middle East through joint ventures so that we can continue to expand our business in the Middle East market with more diverse countries.

ezCaretech USA, INC.

ezCaretech established the local subsidiary, ezCaretech USA, in California to focus more on the North American medical information system market. The US market has significant medical IT market(The market size of Hospital Information System(EMR/EHR) is about USD 25 billion, and CAGR is about 6% until 2024). ezCaretech has been working smoothly since 2017 and has signed a contract with Aurora Psychiatric Hospital Group to establish an HIS for its affiliated hospitals. The U.S. subsidiary is expected to be a bigger boost to ezCaretech's U.S. business.
Through the establishment of the U.S. subsidiary, ezCaretech's head office will be in charge of establishing the medical information system, and local corporations will be in charge of marketing and sales, contract management, post-operation, and maintenance. ezCaretech established ezCaretech Japan in Tokyo, Japan in 2020 to further expand its overseas market. Through the local branch, ezCaretech effectively conducts contract management, maintenance, etc. including sales and marketing activities for the local Hospital Information System(HIS).
In January 2021, a contract with St. Marianna University Hospital in Japan to build a next-generation HIS was signed. ezCaretech has been raising stature as leading digital healthcare company by exporting HIS to Japan for the first time in the history of Korea.
We, ezCaretech, plan to further expand the global market to the Asia-Pacific region, starting with the project in Japan.
